Hey, I know I do a great comedy/hypnosis show. But is telling people bragging or self-promotion?

I have trouble with this. I know (because of client feedback) that I do a great show. But my mother told me not to brag.

So... I keep it to myself. Probably a huge marketing mistake, but I'm hoping that those who are seeking out the best show at the best price find me. I don't like getting in people's faces, especially to tell them how great my show is.
