About 15 years ago I studied hypnosis and wrote some comedy bits to go with a stage hypnosis act. By doing so I became one of the handful of "comedy" hypnotists who actually has a comedy background. And it's paid off; If a client wants more than a cookie-cutter hypnosis show, I'm one of the few on a short list that fits the bill.

Lately though, things have come full circle. I'm doing as much standup comedy as comedy hypnosis. I admit, it took me a while to get my standup legs back under me. It had been years since I'd done a standup set of more than 10 minutes, but thanks to my comedy friends and agents who booked me to do 30 and 40 minute sets, I feel like I've gotten my standup chops back.

I'll soon be headlining some shows in Denver and Colorado Springs. I'm excited about that. Check my calendar page for the schedule. Standup shows are designated as such. I'd love to see you at one of the events!
